The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel is very conveniently located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, at the intersection of routes 495 and 20. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. Arrangements will be made to pick up attendees at the Westborough Commuter Rail Station on the Worcester line. Hotel rooms will be available at the Courtyard under the MGC rate for $134/night plus tax.

Vendors (genealogical societies and individuals) may setup between 7:00-8:30am in the long corridor between the conference meeting rooms.

All registrants will be contacted with additional information closer to the seminar date.

Additional information will include: meal details, special needs requests from attendees, arrangement for pick-up for the Westborough Commuter Rail Station, and a Saturday night dinner at the Wayside Inn in Sudbury.
